Roasted asparagus

June 3, 2012:  I love this veggie, but using the steamer makes it challenging to get the stalks out. So I now roast it in the oven with some olive oil, adding things like fresh garlic, sea salt and grape tomatoes.

I got some great new paper to play with - recycled rag, with rough edges, size A6, by Khadi papers.
It's going to be fun to work on something different from the moleskines!
